Բայրամովը հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է Հայաստանի հետ սկսել սահմանազատման գործընթացը, սակայն Երևանը դրան չի պատասխանել

Նոյեմբերի 25-ին Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը տեսակոնֆերանսի ձևաչափով հանդիպել է Հարավային Կովկասում ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Աննիկա Սոդերի հետ:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Բայրամովը տեղեկացրել է անվտանգության ոլորտում տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի, եռակողմ հայտարարությունների իրականացման հետ կապված հարցերի, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի կողմից ձեռնարկվող միջոցառումների մասին՝ կապված տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների բացման հետ:

Զրույցի ընթացքում նշվել է, որ Ադրբեջանը ելնում է տարածաշրջանում երկարաժամկետ խաղաղություն և հանգստություն ապահովելու դիրքերից և պատրաստ է Հայաստանի հետ սկսել սահմանազատման գործընթացը՝ միջազգային իրավունքի սկզբունքների հիման վրա, սակայն Հայաստանը դրան չի պատասխանել:

Սոդերը նշել է, որ որպես ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի ներկայացուցիչ, աջակցում է Հարավային Կովկասում տարածաշրջանային համագործակցությանը։
