Թբիլիսին առաջարկում է ստեղծել Վրաստան-Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան համագործակցության նոր հարթակ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Վրաստանի վարչապետ Իրակլի Ղարիբաշվիլին` Հայաստան կատարած այցի արդյունքներն ամփոփելիս:

«Ես բավականին հաջող այց ունեցա Հայաստան: Ես ցանկանում եմ, որ մենք սկսենք համագործակցել տարածաշրջանում, և ստեղծվի նոր հարթակ, որի շրջանակներում երեք երկրները կսկսեն սերտ համագործակցություն, և Վրաստանը շատ կարևոր դեր ունի այս գործընթացում», - ասել է նա:

Ըստ Ղարիբաշվիլիի` երեք երկրների փոխգործակցության հաջող նախադեպը եղել է հունիսին, երբ Վրաստանի միջնորդությամբ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ազատ արձակեցին 15 հայ գերիների, իսկ Ադրբեջանը Երևանից ստացավ ականապատ դաշտերի քարտեզներ:
