Առնվազն 77 մարդ է զոհվել Թուրքիայի հյուսիսում տեղի ունեցած ջրհեղեղների հետևանքով: Այս մասին երկուշաբթի հայտարարել է կառավարության արտակարգ իրավիճակների կառավարման վարչությունը:

«Ջրհեղեղի հետևանքով զոհվել է 77 քաղաքացի (62 մարդ՝ Կաստամոնուում, 14 մարդ՝  Սինոպում և մեկ մարդ՝ Բարտինում)», - ասված է նախարարության հայտարարության մեջ:

Յոթ մարդ մնում է հիվանդանոցներում:

Ուրբաթ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը ջրհեղեղից տուժած շրջանները բնական աղետի գոտի է հայտարարել: Այնտեղ շարունակվում են որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքները, որոնցում, ըստ Էրդողանի, ներգրավված է ավելի քան 4600 մարդ և ավելի քան 1000 միավոր սարքավորում:
