Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը կոչ է արել օտարերկրյա ընկերություններին կամավոր փոխհատուցել «երկրի տնտեսությանը պատճառված վնասը»՝ կապված Արցախում ոսկու հանքավայրերի շահագործման հետ:

«Ամբողջությամբ վերլուծվել են Զանգիլանի և Քելբաջարի շրջաններում մեր ոսկու պաշարները, որոնք ապօրինի շահագործվել են օտարերկրյա ընկերությունների կողմից: Նրանք պետք է կամավոր փոխհատուցեն պատճառված վնասը: Թող վճարեն ադրբեջանական պետությանը պատճառված վնասի համար, և դրանից հետո միայն նրանք կկարողանան հանգիստ աշխատել», - ասել է Ալիևը AzTV-ին տված հարցազրույցում:

Հակառակ դեպքում, ըստ Ալևի, «այդ ընկերությունների բիզնես հեղինակությունը, որոնք այլ վայրերում գործառնություններ են իրականացնում, լրջորեն կխարխլվի»:
