Թուրքիան Իրանի հետ պետական սահմանի շուրջօրյա պահպանման համար տեղակայել է մինչև 20 000 հոգանոց ռազմական անձնակազմ, ներառյալ հատուկ նշանակության ջոկատները, գրում է Anadolu գործակալությունը:

Բացի այդ, սահմանի օդային տարածքում շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով աշխատում են անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս նվազագույնի հասցնել անօրինական միգրանտների հոսքը:

Թուրքիայի և Իրանի սահմանը ներկայում մասամբ փակված է մոդուլային բետոնե բլոկերի պատով, որի երկայնքով տեղակայված են էլեկտրաօպտիկական սարքավորումներով աշտարակներ:

Աղբյուրը նշում է, որ միայն այս տարվա առաջին կեսին կանխվել է պետական սահմանը խախտելու 51 122 փորձ, 523 իրավախախտ բերման է ենթարկվել:
