Հուլիսի 6-9-ը Բաքվում Ադրբեջանի փոխարտգործնախարար Խալաֆ Խալաֆովի և Ռուսաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանագծման համատեղ հանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ամիր Բիլիալետդինովի միջև կայացել է հանդիպում, սա կողմերի սահմանազատման հանձնաժողովի 9-րդ նիստն է:
