Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը կարծում է, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում հասել է իր նպատակներին, հայտնում է gazeata.ru լրատվականը։

Բայդենը շեշտել է, որ Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերությունների բարելավման ուղղությամբ Վաշինգտոնը դեռ շատ անելիքներ ունի, և նշել, որ Պուտինին ասել է, որ ՌԴ-ն չպետք է թելադրի խաղի կանոններն աշխարհում։

Նա հանդիպումը որակել է դրական՝ նշելով, որ Վաշինգտոնն այժմ Մոսկվայի հետ հարաբերությունների կառուցման հիմք ունի։
