Միացյալ Նահանգները 100 միջուկային ավիառումբ է պահում Եվրոպայի և Թուրքիայի բազաներում: Այս մասին ասված է Համբուրգի համալսարանի համաշխարհային հետազոտությունների և անվտանգության քաղաքականության ինստիտուտի  կայքում, գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունը:

Նշվում է, որ Գերմանիայում 20 ռումբ է տեղակայված Ռեյնլանդ-Պֆալց դաշնային երկրամասի Բյուխել ավիաբազայում: Եվս 20 միջուկային ռումբ տեղակայված է Բելգիայում գտնվող Կլյայնե-Բրոգել ավիաբազայում, Նիդերլանդների Վոլկել, Իտալիայի՝ Ավիանո և Գեդի-Տորրե ավիաբազաներում և Թուրքիայի Ինջիրլիք ավիաբազայում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, խոսքը 100 ռումբի մասին է:

Ընդգծվում է, որ Գերմանիայի իշխանությունները պաշտոնապես չեն մեկնաբանում երկրում միջուկային զենքի առկայությունը, սակայն առաջատար փորձագետները գնահատում են ամերիկյան միջուկային ռումբերի քանակը 20 միավոր:
