Անգլիայի առաջնության 29-րդ տուրից հետաձգված խաղում Լոնդոնի «Տոտենհեմն» ընդունեց «Սաութհեմփթոնին»։

Պորտուգալացի Ժոզե Մոուրինյոյի պաշտոնանկությունից հետո «Տոտենհեմի» գլխավոր մարզիչի պարտականությունները կատարող 29-ամյա անգլիացի Ռայան Մեյսոնի նորամուտը նոր պաշտոնում հաղթական էր։

Հյուրերն առաջինը հասան հաջողության։ 30-րդ րոպեին գոլի հեղինակ դարձավ անգլիացի հարձակվող Դենի Ինգսը։ 60-րդ րոպեին «Տոտենհեմի» պատասխան գոլը խփեց ուելսցի ենթահարձակվող Գարեթ Բեյլը, իսկ 90-րդ րոպեին 11 մետրանոցից հաղթական գոլի հեղինակ դարձավ հարավկորեացի հարձակվող Սոն Հին Մինը։

«Տոտենհեմը» 33 խաղից հետո 53 միավորով 6-րդն է, «Սաութհեմփթոնը» 14-րդն է՝ 36 միավոր։
