Եթե անընդհատ մրգային հյութեր խմեք, ապա 5-6 տարի անց կարող եք շաքարային դիաբետ ձեռք բերել, քանի որ ենթաստամոքսային գեղձի աշխատանքը դրանից վատանում է։

Կովալկովի խոսքով՝ շաքարի պարունակությամբ մրգային հյութերը քիչ են տարբերվում կոկա-կոլայից, ուստի բժիշկը խորհուրդ է տալիս մեկ բաժակ հյութի փոխարեն թարմ միրգ ուտել։

Բժիշկը վստահեցնում է, որ չափավոր քանակությամբ ու հակացուցումների բացակայության դեպքում նարինջ ուտելը միայն օգուտ կբերի։ Նա հիշեցնում է, որ հյութն ու առանձին պտուղը, որից այն արվում է, ամբողջովին այլ կերպ են մարսվում:
