Ֆինլանդիան չորրորդ տարին անընդմեջ գլխավորել է աշխարհի ամենաերջանիկ երկրների՝ World Happiness Report-ի վարկանիշային աղյուսակը:

World Happiness Report-ի զեկույցը ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից կազմվում է ամեն տարի։ Այն կազմելիս հաշվի են առնվում մի շարք գործոններ՝ բնակչության մեկ շնչին բաժին ընկնող ՀՆԱ-ն, կյանքի տևողությունը, տվյալ պետության կառավարման և բնակչության երջանկության միջև ուղղակի կապերը, սոցիալական աջակցությունը, կոռուպցիան և այլն:

149 երկրներից ամենաերջանիկ երկրների տասնյակում են հայտնվել նաև Իսլանդիան, Դանիան, Շվեյցարիան, Նիդեռլանդները, Շվեդիան, Գերմանիան, Նորվեգիան, Նոր Զելանդիան և Ավստրիան:

ԱՄՆ-ն 14-րդ տեղում է, Մեծ Բրիտանիան՝ 18-րդ, Ֆրանսիան՝ 20-րդ։

Վարկանիշային աղյուսակի վերջին հորիզոնականները զբաղեցնում են Զիմբաբվեն և Տանզանիան։
