Եվրոպական դատարանը անընդունելի է ճանաչել Հայաստանի դեմ Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացու ներկայացրած գանգատը։ Տեղեկությունը հայտնում է ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը։

«Դիմումատուն պնդում էր, որ 1993 թվականին կորցրել է Քարվաճառի շրջանում գտնվող իր անշարժ գույքը, մինչդեռ գանգատը Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան էր ներկայացրել 2008 թվականին: Եվրոպական դատարանը, նույնիսկ հաշվի առնելով դիմումատուի փախստականի կարգավիճակը, Կոնվենցիայի վավերացումից վեց տարի անց գանգատի ներկայացումը համարել է չափազանց ուշ»,–նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը «Սամադովն ընդդեմ Հայաստանի» գանգատի վերաբերյալ որոշումը հրապարակել է փետրվարի 18-ին:
