Պենտագոնում համոզված են, որ Ռուսաստանը սպառնալիք է ՆԱՏՕ-ի բոլոր անդամների համար, բայց նաև մտադիր են համագործակցել Մոսկվայի հետ այն հարցերում, որտեղ փոխադարձ շահեր կան, հաղորդում է ТАСС-ը՝ հղում անելով ամերիկյան պաշտպանական գերատեսչության հայտարարությանը:

«Լիարժեքորեն ակնհայտ է, որ Ռուսաստանը սպառնալիք է ՆԱՏՕ-ի բոլոր անդամների համար, այդ թվում՝ Միացյալ Նահանգների: Նրանք իրենց առջև դրված նպատակներին հասնելու համար ռազմական ուժի կիրառման են դիմում: ԱՄՆ-ը մտադիր է հարցը քննարկել դաշինքի նախարարական համաժողովում»,- նշված է հայտարարությունում:
