ՌԴ Գելենջիկ քաղաքում գտնվող դղյակը պատկանում է ռուս միլիարդատեր գործարար Արկադի Ռոտենբերգին։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Mash տելեգրամյան ալիքը։

Ավելի վաղ Mash-ը տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել, որտեղ ասվում էր, որ դեռ շինարարության զրոյական փուլն է, իսկ շինաշխատանքները կավարտվեն 5-6 տարի հետո միայն: Ինքը՝ գործարարը, տելեգրամյան ալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հետևյալն է ասել.

«Հիմա դա այլեւս գաղտնիք չի լինի, ես եմ շահառուն », – ասել է նա՝ հավելելով, որ շատերի մեջ  իրեն ուղղակի հաջողվել է շահառու դառնալ : Աստծո պարգև է համարում այդ շքեղ վայրը:
