Ադրբեջանը Հայաստանի դեմ միջպետական ​​հայց է ներկայացրել ՄԻԵԴ

2021 թվականի հունվարի 15-ին Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան է ներկայացվել միջպետական ​​դատական ​​հայց «Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ Հայաստանի ռազմական ագրեսիայի արդյունքում տուժած Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների իրավունքների և ազատությունների ոտնահարման վերաբերյալ», որը պատրաստվել է Իլհամ Ալիևի անունից:

ՄԻԵԴ ներկայացված փաստաթուղթը պահանջում է, որ Հայաստանը ձեռնարկի անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ՝ «Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների ոտնահարված իրավունքները վերականգնելու համար»:
