Երևանում «կարմիր գծերը» վերացնելու օրինագիծը հավանություն ստացավ առաջին ընթերցմամբ

ՀՀ ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունեց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանի և Արուսյակ Ջուլհակյանի կողմից  առաջարկված օրենքի նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է Երևանի 12 վարչական շրջաններից 10-ում վերացնել «կարմիր գծերը»: Օրենքի նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունվեց միաձայն` 77 «կողմ» ձայնով:

Օրենքի նախագծի ամբողջական ընդունման դեպքում` հաջորդ տարվանից մոտ 10 վարչական շրջաններում կվերանան կարմիր գծերը և այսուհետ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն այլևս չի կարողանա տուգանել քաղաքացիներին` երկու լուսանկարի միջոցով:

Օրենքի փոփոխությունից հետո «կարմիր գծեր» կլինեն միայն Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում և Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի որոշ հատվածներում, ինչպես նաև քաղաքացիները կտուգանվեն միայն այն դեպքերում, երբ կլինի խախտումը հավաստող 15 րոպե տևողությամբ տեսանյութը:
