Թուրք զինվորականները շուտով կմեկնեն Ադրբեջան, հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը: «Ցամաքային ուժերն ավարտել են մարզումները», - նրա խոսքը մեջբերում է Anadolu գործակալությունը:

Նոյեմբերի 17-ին Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանը հաստատեց Նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի հրամանագիրը Ադրբեջան զորք ուղարկելու մասին: Փաստաթղթի համաձայն՝ նրանք այնտեղ կկարողանան մնալ մեկ տարի: Ինչպես հայտնի է, Էրդողանն անցյալ շաբաթ ասաց, որ Անկարան և Մոսկվան հուշագիր են ստորագրել Ղարաբաղում հրադադարի ռեժիմը վերահսկելու կենտրոնի վերաբերյալ, և որ թուրք զինվորականները նույնպես մասնակցելու են «համատեղ խաղաղապահ առաքելությանը»: Մոսկվան նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը և Թուրքիան Ղարաբաղի հարցով կաշխատեն Ադրբեջանի տարածքում դիտորդական կենտրոնի միջոցով, բայց համատեղ խաղաղապահ ուժերի մասին խոսք չկա: Նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն իր հերթին ասաց, որ Բաքուն և Անկարան միշտ խոսել են խաղաղապահ գործողություններին Թուրքիայի մասնակցության հնարավորության մասին։
