Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը պաշտոնապես դիմել է Ռուսաստանի և այլ երկրների իրավապահ մարմիններին և իրավական աջակցություն խնդրել`  Ղարաբաղյան պատերազմը լուսաբանող Wargonzo նախագծի ռազմական թղթակից Սեմյոն Պեգովի և Մերձավոր Արեւելքի եւ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հետազոտական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սեմյոն Բաղդասարովի նկատմամբ քննչական գործողություններ իրականացնելու հարցում։

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազությունը նրանց մեղադրում է ահաբեկչության բացահայտ քարոզի, Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության դեմ կոչերի, ազգային հողի վրա ատելություն սերմանելու մեջ։

Պեգովը նաև մեղադրվում է Ադրբեջանի պետական սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու համար։
