Կանադայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ֆրանսուա-Ֆիլիպ Շամպայնը Twitter-ի իր միկրոբլոգում հայտնել է, որ  կանոնավոր կապի մեջ է ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի հետ:

«Կանադան շարունակում է կոչ անել հարգել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հրադադարը և Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի մարդասիրական ջանքերի համար ներդնում է 350 հազար դոլար:

Մենք կոչ ենք անում արտաքին կողմերին չմիջամտել հակամարտությանը և կոչ ենք անում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից ստուգման մեխանիզմներ ստեղծել»,- գրել է նա:
