Գերմանիայի դաշնային կառավարությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջեւ բախումները «վտանգավոր իրավիճակ» է անվանել: Այսպիս գնահատական է Բեռլինում հնչեցրել Գերմանիայի նախարարների կաբինետի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Շտեֆեն Զայբերտը, հաղորդում է Deutsche Welle-ն:

Նա խոսքով` Բեռլինը կոչ է անում հրադադարի ռեժիմ հաստատել եւ անհապաղ բանակցություններ սկսել: Գերմանիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչն իր հերթին հստակեցրել է, որ Գերմանիան կապ է պահպանում երկու կողմերի հետ` գերմանական դեսպանատների միջոցով Երեւանում եւ Բաքվում:
