«Ցանկանում եմ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին հիշեցնել՝ Սոչիում հանդիպման ժամանակ ինչ էլ որ դուք ընդունեք եւ ինչի շուրջ էլ որ պայմանավորվեք, դա օրինական ուժ չի ունենա։

Ոչ լեգիտիմ Լուկաշենկոյի հետ ստորագրված բոլոր պայմանագրերը նոր իշխանության կողմից կվերանայվեն։ Որովհետեւ բելառուս ժողովուրդը ընտրություններում մերժել է Լուկաշենկոյին վստահություն եւ աջակցություն տալ։

Ես շատ եմ ափսոսում, որ դուք որոշել եք երկխոսություն վարել բռնապետի, այլ ոչ թե բելառուս ժողովրդի հետ»,- նշված է Տիխանովսկայայի ուղերձում։
