«Բարսելոնայի» ֆուտբոլիստ Լիոնել Մեսսին վերադարձել է՝ իսպանական թիմի հետ մարզվելու, հայտնում է «Բարսելոնայի» թվիթերյան էջը: Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվում էր, որ Մեսսին «Բարսելոնային» հայտնել է գործող պայմանագիրը խզելու ցանկության մասին: Լրատվամիջոցների հաղորդմամբ, Մեսսին նաև հայտարարել է անգլիական «Մանչեսթեր Սիթի» տեղափոխվելու ցանկության մասին: Արգենտինացու տրանսֆերի համար այլ հավակնորդներ էին համարվում ֆրանսիական «ՊՍԺ» -ն և իտալական «Յուվենտուսը»: Սեպտեմբերի 4-ին խաղացողը հայտարարեց, որ կշարունակի խաղալ «Բարսելոնայում»: Անցած շաբաթ Մեսսին չի մարզվել «Բարսելոնայի» հետ: Կիրակի օրը հարձակվողը անցել է կորոնավիրուսի թեստ՝ նախքան թիմի հետ աշխատանքը սկսելը:
