Ռուսաստանը կարող է միջնորդ դառնալ Բելառուսի ճգնաժամի հաղթահարման բանակցային գործընթացում: Այս մասին հայտարարել է հանրապետության նախագահի նախկին թեկնածու Սվետլանա Տիխանովսկայան՝ գրում է РИА Новости-ն: «Քանի որ ճգնաժամը երկրի ներսում է և ուղղված չէ որևէ պետության դեմ, ապա մենք պատասխանատվություն ենք ստանձնում թույլ տալ ճգնաժամը բանակցությունների միջոցով հաղթահարել երկրի ներսում: Սակայն, եթե բանակցություններում միջազգային միջնորդության կարիք ունենանք, ապա մենք Ռուսաստանը դիտարկում ենք որպես այդ գործընթացի մասնակիցներից մեկը: Ռուսաստանն այն երկիրն է, որի հետ մենք բարեկամություն ենք անում, որի հետ սերտ փորգործակցություն ունենք» ,- հայտնել է Սվետլանա Տիխանովսկայան:
