Խաչանովը Նյու Յորքի «Մասթերսի» երրորդ փուլում է

Ռուսաստանը ներկայացնող հայազգի թենիսիստ Կարեն Խաչանովը Նյու Յորքի «Մասթերս» մրցաշարի երրորդ շրջանում է: Երկրորդ շրջանում Խաչանովը մրցեց Իսպանիան ներկայացնող Պաբլո Կարենյո-Բուստայի հետ և երկու սեթից հետո 7:6 (10:8), 6:1 հաշվով պարտության մատնեց նրան։ Խաչանովի հաջորդ մրցակիցը Ռիշար Գասկե-Ռոբերտո Բաուտիստա-Ագուտ  զույգի հաղթողն է:

Նախապես այս մրցաշարը պետք է անցկացվեր ամերիկյան Ցինցինատի քաղաքում, սակայյն կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի պատճառով այն անցկացվում է Նյու Յորքում:
