Առանց Մոսկվայի թույլտվության Թուրքիան չի կարող S-400-ները վերավաճառել մեկ այլ երկրի

Թուրքիան իրավունք չունի առանց Մոսկվայի թույլտվության մեկ այլ երկրի վաճառել Ռուսաստանից ձեռք բերված S-400 զենիթահրթիռային ՀՕՊ համակարգերը։

Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության դաշնային ծառայության մամուլի խոսնակ Մարիա Վորոբյովան։

Նախօրեին ամերիկացի հանրապետական սենատոր Ջոն Թյունը Անկարայի հետ տարաձայնությունները վերացնելու համար Վաշինգտոնին առաջարկել էր գնել Թուրքիային վաճառված ռուսական ՀՕՊ համակարգերը։

«Առանց պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի թույլտվության այդ համակարգի վերավաճառքը երրորդ երկրին  անհնար է»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2017թ․ ռուս-թուրքական գործարքը թուրք-ամերիկյան հարաբերություններում լուրջ խնդիրներ է առաջացրել։
