Քանի որ գույքահարկի առաջարկվող փոփոխությունների հետ կապված լեգենդներ են շրջանառվում` թե բնակարանատերերը աստղաբաշխական, մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամ գույքահարկ են վճարելու, 2 տվյալ նշեմ։

Մինչև 10 միլիոն դրամ կադաստրային արժեք ունեցող բնակարանների ՏԱՐԵԿԱՆ գույքահարկը կկազմի

միջինում 3000 դրամ (ամսական 250 դրամ),

առավելագույնը՝ 5000 դրամ (ամսական 417 դրամ)։

10-25 միլիոն դրամ կադաստրային արժեք ունեցող բնակարանների ՏԱՐԵԿԱՆ գույքահարկը կկազմի

միջինում 10200 դրամ (ամսական 850 դրամ),

առավելագույնը՝ 20 000 դրամ (ամսական 1667 դրամ)։
