ԱՄՆ Պետքարտուղարությունը հայտարարել է Սկրիպալների գործով Ռուսաստանի դեմ պաշտոնապես պատժամիջոցներ սահմանելու մասին, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Նշվում է, որ Սկրիպալների գործով ՌԴ-ի դեմ պատժամիջոցների երկրորդ փաթեթը ուժի մեջ է մտնում օգոստոսի 19-ին եւ կգործի մեկ տարուց ոչ պակաս:

Սկրիպալների գործով պատժամիջոցների երկրորդ փաթեթը կսահմանափակի ՌԴ հասանելիությունը զարգացման բազմակողմանի բանկային համակարգին:

Ռուսաստանի համար կսահմանափակվի նաեւ ամերիկյան բանկերի կողմից ռուբլիով չկատարվող պարտքի ֆինանսավորումը:

Դրանից բացի, սահմանված պատժամիջոցները նախատեսում են ԱՄՆ-ի հետ կոմերցիոն գործունեության շրջանակում միլիարդավոր դոլարներին Ռուսաստանի սահմանափակ հասանելիություն:
