Պուտինը վավերացրել է ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրությունը փոփոխող արձանագրությունները

ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը վավերացրել է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) կանոնադրությունը փոփոխող արձանագրությունները, հաղորդում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն:

Արձանագրություններից մեկը ստորագրվել է Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի, Բելառուսի, Ղազախստանի, Ղրղզստանի եւ Տաջիկստանի կողմից Աստանայում 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 8-ին եւ նախատեսում է, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության Խորհրդի կազմում մտնում են ՀԱՊԿ պետությունների ղեկավարները կամ կառավարությունների ղեկավարները, եթե իրենց պետության օրենսդրության համապատասխան իրավասություններ են տրված Խորհրդում ներառված հարցերի լուծման համար:

Մեկ այլ արձանագրությամբ փոփոխություններ են սահմանվում, որոնք նախատեսում են ՀԱՊԿ-ում դիտորդի կարգավիճակի տրամադրումը այն երկրներին, որոնք ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ չեն հանդիսանում, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպություններին:

Արձանագրության համաձայն՝ պետությունները, որոնք ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ չեն հանդիսանում, կիսում են կառույցի սկզբունքներն ու նպատակները, ցանկանում են փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն զարգացնել կազմակերպության հետ, կարող են ստանալ գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակ:
