Դափնու տերևից պատրաստված բուժիչ ըմպելիքը մաքրում է օրգանիզմը աղային կուտակումներից և շատ օգտակար է հոդերի, ոսկորների և մկանների համար:

Ըմպելիքը պատրաստելու համար անհրաժեշտ է վերցնել 5 գ մանրացված դափնու տերև և վրան լցնել 300 գ եռացրած ջուր, եռացնել թույլ կրակի վրա 10 րոպե: Թրմել 4 ժամ թերմոսի մեջ:

 

Պատրաստված 300 գ ըմպելիքը խմել ողջ օրվա ընթացքում մեկական ճաշի գդալ:

Պատրաստել և խմել 3 օր անընդմնեջ: Այնուհետև դադար տալ մեկ շաբաթ և կրկնել:
