Կիեւի իրավապահներն ստացել են տեղեկություններ Ինստիտուտսկի փողոցում շենքի ականապատման մասին, հաղորդում է ՈՒՆԻԱՆ-ը:

Ինչպես հայտնել են Կիեւի ոստիկանության կապի բաժնում, դեպքի վայր են մեկնել նեղ մասնագիտական ծառայությունների փորձագետները շենքը եւ հարակից տարածքները ստուգելու համար: Այժմ տարհանվում են շուրջ 150 քաղաքացիներ: Դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են ոստիկանության շրջանային վարչության օպերատիվ քննչական խումբը, պարեկային խումբը, պայթյունատեխնիկական ծառայության մասնագետները, կինոլոգներն ու փրկարարները: Միջադեպն ինչպես հարկն է գրանցվել է Պեչերսկի շրջանի ոստիկանության վարչության գրանցամատյանում: Ստուգիչ աշխատանքներից հետո դեպքին կտրվի իրավական որակավորում: Ինչպես հայտնել են մայրաքաղաքային ոստիկանությունում, ստուգումներն իրականացվում են «Ուկրաինա» հյուրանոցում:
