Գերմանական ավտոմոբիլային ընկերությունների Daimler խումբը հայտարարել Է, որ Իրանում իր գործունեությունը դադարեցնում Է այս երկրի նկատմամբ ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների վերականգնման կապակցությամբ:

Այդ մասին օգոստոսի 7-ին հայտնել Է Agence France-Presse գործակալությունը՝ վկայակոչելով Daimler-ի հայտարարությունը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը: Խմբի մամուլի ծառայությունը գործակալությանը հայտնել Է, որ ինքը դադարեցնում Է իրանական ընկերությունների հետ համատեղ Mercedes բեռնատարների արտադրության եւ վաճառքի նախագծի իրականացումը: Daimler-ի ներկայացուցչուհին հավելել Է, որ այդ նախագիծը սահմանափակ մասշտաբներ ուներ, եւ որ դրա իրագործումը դադարեցված Է անորոշ ժամկետով՝ մինչեւ նոր ծանուցում, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
