Իսրայելցի նախկին նախարարը դատարանի առջեւ է կանգնել՝ Իրանի օգտին լրտեսության մեղադրանքով, հաղորդում է AFP-ն: Գոնեն Սեգեւը, որը Էներգետիկայի եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրել է 1995-1996 թվականներին, մեղադրվում է «Իսրայել պետության դեմ լրտեսության, պատերազմի ընթացքում թշնամուն օժանդակելու եւ պետության անվտանգությանը վնաս պատճառելու նպատակով տեղեկատվության փոխանցման համար»: Դատավարությունը անցկացվում է փակ դռների հետեւում:

Սեգեւը մեղադրվում է «Իսրայելում էներգետիկ շուկայի, անվտանգության վայրերի, շենքերի եւ անվտանգության ու քաղաքական մարմիններում պաշտոնյաների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունն Իրանին փոխանցելուհամար»: Պնդվում է, որ նա այցելել է Իրան՝ համախոհների հետ հանդիպելու համար:

Սեգեւը նախկինում ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել քրեական մեղադրանքով: 2004 թվականին նրա դեմ մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել դիվանագիտական անձնագրի օգնությամբ Նիդերլանդներից էքստազիի 30 հազար հաբ Իսրայել տեղափոխելու համար: Նա նաեւ դատապարտվել էր կրեդիտային քարտերով խարդախության փորձի համար:
