Բելգիայի վարչապետը կարծում է, որ ԵՄ-ն պետք է բաց պահի իր ներքին սահմանները

Եվրոպական միությունը (ԵՄ) պետք է բաց պահի իր ներքին սահմանները, հատուկ կենտրոններ ստեղծի միգրանտների ընդունման համար եւ ապահովի ապաստան տրամադրելու դուբլինյան համակարգի բարեփոխումը: Այս մասին Եվրահանձնաժողովի կողմից միգրացիայի ճգնաժամի քննարկման համար ԵՄ-ի 16 անդամ երկրների ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովին ժամանելուց հետո հայտարարել է Բելգիայի վարչապետ Շարլ Միշելը, փոխանցում է «ՏԱՍՍ»-ը:

«Այսօրվա հանդիպման առաջնահերթ խնդիրը Շենգենյան տարածքում ազատ տեղաշարժի պահպանումն ու համայնքի արտաքին սահմանների կոշտ վերահսկողության ապահովումն է: Երկրորդ առաջնայնությունը միգրանտների ընդունման եւ կողմնորոշման հատուկ կենտրոնների ստեղծումն է: Երրորդ առաջնահերթությունն ապաստան տրամադրելու դուբլինյան համակարգի բարեփոխումն է՝ ցուցաբերելով պատասխանատվություն եւ համերաշխություն»,- ասաց նա:

Դուբլինյան համակարգը, որը պաշտոնապես գործում է ԵՄ-ում, սակայն գործնականում չի գործում, կայանում է նրանում, փախստականներին ապաստան տրամադրելու հարցը որոշում է այն երկիրը, որի տարածք նրանք իսկզբանե ժամանել են՝ հատելով ԵՄ-ի արտաքին սահմանը: Այս համակարգը հանգեցրել է ԵՄ-ի միջերկրածովյան երկրների միգրանտների գերծանրաբեռնվածության, առաջին հերթին` Իտալիայի:
