Մենստրուացիոն օրերը երբեք էլ հեշտ չեն անցնում աղջիկների համար։ Այդ օրերի ընթացքում նույնիսկ մահճակալից վեր կենալն է դժվար, քանի որ նույնիսկ դա ուղեկցվում է անտանելի ցավերով։ Այդ և որոշ հորմոնալ խնդիրների պատճառով է, որ ամսվա այդ օրերին աղջիկները չափազանց անկայուն էմոցիոնալ վիճակում են։

Այդ օրերի ցավերը թեթևացնելու և դրանք որոշ չափով տանելի դարձնելու համար Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում մի շարք բաներ, որոնցից պետք է ամեն գնով խուսափել։

 

  • Պետք է ամոբղջովին հրաժարվել մարզումներից։
  • Պետք չէ ուտել ֆասթ-ֆուդ և քաղցրավենիք։
  • Պետք է խուսափել վեճերից, քանի որ դուք կարող եք շատ վատ արձագանքել դրանց։
  • Խուսափեք շատ նստելուց և քայլելուց. հնարավորության դեպքում օրը պառկած անցկացրեք։
  • Ամեն գնով խուսափեք սեքսուալ գրգռում առաջացնող բաներից, քանի որ դրանք ուժեղ ցավերի պատճառ կդառնան։
