«Փաստինֆո»-ի տեղեկություններով՝ գրանցվել է անչափահասի նկատմամբ սեռական ոտնձգության հերթական դեպքը։ Դեռահասը բռնաբարության զոտ է դարձել Երեւանում։

Աղջկան նախ խմեցրել են, ապա բռնաբարել։ Նշանակվել է դատաբժշակական փորձաքննություն, կատարվում է հետաքննություն:

Ինչպես արդեն նշել ենք, վերջին շրջանում նկատվում է սեռական բնույթի հանցագործությունների աճ, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների դեմ ուղղված։

Պաշտոնական վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2015-2016 թվականների ընթացքում Քննչական կոմիտեի վարույթում քննվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 138-142-րդ հոդվածներով հարուցված 288 քրեական գործ, որից 131 քրեական գործը՝ 2015 թվականին, իսկ 157-ը՝ 2016 թվականին:

Այսինքն՝ քննված քրեական գործերի թիվը 2016 թվականին աճել է 26-ով:
