5 ճաշի գդալ մաղադանոս


Պատրաստման եղանակը
1 Կտրատեք թարմ մաղադանոսը: 2 Մեկ լիտր ջուր եռացրեք կաթսայի մեջ: 3 Վերցրեք կաթսան կրակից և ավելացրեք մաղադանոսը: 4 Թողեք այդպես 15­20 րոպե: Մաղադանոսով նիհարեցնող թեյը կարելի խմել և՛ տաք, և՛ սառը վիճակում: Ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է ավելացնել կիտրոն կամ կիտրոնի հյութ: Խմեք 250 մլ՝ ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ:
Պետք է խմել երկու շաբաթ, հետո պետք է մեկ ամիս դադար տալ: Մաղադանոսի օգնությամբ նիհարելը կտա իր արդյունքները, այն ավելի արդյունավետ կդառնա, եթե օգտագործեք նաև ցածր կալորիականությամբ ուտելիք: Այս ձևով նիհարելուն անցնելուց առաջ խորհրդակցեք ձեր բժշկի հետ: Մեծ քանակությամբ մաղադանոս օգտագործելն արգելված է միզամուղային համակարգի խրոնիկ հիվանդույթուն ունեցողներին, ինչպես նաև հղիներին:
