Մոսկովյան դատարանը հրաժարվել է ազատ արձակել «օրենքով գող» Շաքրո Մոլոդոյին

Մոսկվայի Վերաքննիչ դատարանն օրինական է ճանաչել քրեական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչ, «օրենքով գող» Զախարի Կալաշովի՝ Շաքրո Մոլոդոյի կալանքը մինչև սեպտեմբերի 15-ը երկարաձգելու որոշումը։ Այդ մասին հայտնում է Ria Novosti-ն։

Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է Elements ռեստորանի սեփականատիրոջից 8 մլն ռուբլի շորթելու համար։ Գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015 թվականի դեկտեմբերին նշված ռեստորանի մոտ երկու հակամարտող կողմերի միջև «ռազբորկայի» ժամանակ տեղի էր ունեցել փոխհրաձգություն, ինչի ժամանակ 2 մարդ մահացել էր ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներից։

Շաքրո Մոլոդոյը հայտնի է Ռուսաստանի ողջ տարածքում բոլոր քրեական խմբավորումների ֆինանսական միջոցները տնօրինելու մեջ ներգրավված լինելով։
