Իրաքյան զորքը մտել է Թալ-Աֆար և գրավել ԻՊ-ի թունելները

Իրաքի զինված ուժերին հաջողվել է մտնել Թալ-Աֆար քաղաքի արևմտյան շրջանները, որոնք վերահսկվում են «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման գրոհայինների կողմից։

Ինչպես հաղորդում է Tass-ը՝ Shafaq News-ին հղումով, այդ մասին հայտարարել է օպերացիային ներգրավված Դաշնային ոստիկանության գեներալ Ռայիդ Շաքեր Ջոուդաթը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ իրաքյան ստորաբաժանումներին աջակցել են շիա «Ալ-Հաշդ աշ-Շաաբի» ջոկատները նրանց հաջողվել է ներխուժել Էլ-Քիֆահ, Էլ-Վահդա և Էս-Սաադ թաղամասեր։ Բացի այդ, բանակը գրավել է ԻՊ-ի վերահսկողության ներքո գտնվող 250 մետր երկարությամբ թունելների ցանցը։

Թալլ-Աֆարի գրոհի օպերացիան սկսելու մասին 2 օր առաջ հայտնել էր Իրաքի վարչապետ Հեյդար ալ-Աբադին։ Քաղաքը գտնվում է Մոսուլից 70 կմ հեռավորության վրա։
