Ամերիկյան Apple տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունը նոր iPhone-ի համար կներկայացնի թարմ օպերացիոն համակարգ, որը հնարավորություն կտա սմարթֆոնի գողության փորձի դեպքում մատնահետքի սքանավորման գործառույթն արագ ապաակտիվացնել ու կատարվածի մասին ծանուցել ոստիկանության թեժ գծին:

Ինչպես նշում է The Daily Mail-ը, Emergency SOS գործառույթը թույլ կտա 5 անգամ միացման և անջատման կոճակին դիպչելու դեպքում ապաակտիվացնել մատնահետքի ճանաչման սքաները:

Սա կարևոր է այն դեպքում, եթե, օրինակ, գողը ստիպում է օգտատիրոջը մատնահետքի սքանավորման միջոցով բացել հեռախոսն ու իրեն տալ:

Նոր օպերացիոն համակարգի կիրառումը հնարավորություն կտա արտակարգ պատահարների համար կոնտակների ցանկ կազմել ու գողության փորձի ժամանակ ահազանգ ուղարկել այդ կոնտակներին (այդ թվում նաև ոստիկանություն)՝ ցույց տալով օգտատիրոջ գտնվելու վայրը:

Ենթադրվում է, որ նոր iOS 11 օպերացիոն համակարգն առաջինը կներդրվի iPhone 8 սմարթֆոններում: 

 

The new feature will allow users temporarily disable the TouchID feature, which means people could not be forced to unlock their phones by attackers or thieves

The Emergency SOS feature can be activated on an iPhone by rapidly clicking the power power button five times  It also gives users the option to speed-dial emergency services
