Պատրաստման եղանակ

  1. Զգուշությամբ կտրում ենք հացերի վերև մասը,ապա փոքրիկ դանակով հանում մեջի խմորը: Նույնը կատարոմ ենք մյուս հացերի հետ:
    Հացերի մեջ առաջացած փոսիկների մեջ դնում ենք մեկական շերտ խոզապուխտ, վրան կոտրում մեկական ձու, ապա շաղ տալիս մանրացված կանաչին և քերած պանիրը: Ծածկում ենք հացի կտրված վերին շերտով, ապա փաթաթում ենք հացերը ֆոլգայի մեջ:

  2. Տեղափոխում ենք ջեռոց 10-15րոպեով մինչև ձուն եփվի, իսկ պանիրը հալչի:
