Ռուսաստանի հարավային շրջաններում մորեխների մեծ քանակություն է հայտնվել: Շատակեր միջատների հսկայական երամները ոչնչացնում են գյուղատնտեսական մշակաբույսերը և ցանկացած կանաչ, որ հանդիպում է իրենց ճանապարհին, գրում է bigpicture.ru-ն:

Թևավոր վնասատուների երամները հարձակվել են Դաղստանի, Ստավրոպոլի և Կրասնոդարի երկրամասերի, Կալմիկիայի, Բուրիաթիայի և Ղրիմի դաշտերի վրա:

Մորեխների ծագման օջախը գրանցվել է ամառվա սկզբին Ստավրոպոլի և Կրասնոդարի երկրամասերում: Տաք ձմեռվա պատճառով վնասատուների բազմացման պայմանները բարենպաստ են եղել, և այժմ նրանք ակտիվ տարածվում են հարավային շրջաններով:

Մորեխներից տուժում են ոչ միայն հողագործները: Դաղստանի շատ շրջաններում դրանք դժվարություններ են ստեղծում նաև վարորդների համար՝ նվազեցնելով տեսանելիությունը: Բացի այդ, լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ են առաջացնում սատկած վնասատուները, որոնց վրայով ավտոմեքենաները «սահում» են:
