Ամառը ոչ միայն հանգստի, այլեւ մեր կազմվածքի մասին մտածելու ժամանակն է: Սա հարմար ժամանակ է մի քանի կիլոգրամ կորցնելու եւ սլացիկ ու գեղեցիկ տեսք ունենալու համար:

7-14 օրվա ընթացքում (ըստ ցանկության) ձեր հիմնական սնունդը մրգերն ու բանջարեղենն են լինելու:

Երկուշաբթի. մրգային աղցաններ ենք ուտում, հյութեր ենք խմում,

Երեքշաբթի. կարելի է ուտել աղցաններ՝ մի քիչ աղով եւ ձիթապտղի ձեթով, անյուղ պանիր: Միրգ ու հատապտուղ չի կարելի,

Չորեքշաբթի. հատապտղային օր,

Հինգշաբթի. ուտում ենք ինչ բանջարեղեն, այնպես էլ միրգ,

Ուրբաթ. բացառապես միրգ ու բանջարեղեն, ամբողջ օրը՝ միայն ձմերուկ ու սեխ: Եթե դեռ չեն հասել, փոխարինեք վարունգով,

Շաբաթ. կեֆիր,

Կիրակի. բանջարեղենային ապուրներ, աղցաններ:
