Դանիացի ոճաբան Քրիստիեն Քայր Վեյսը Քիմ Քարդաշյանին մեղադրել է իր բրենդի անունը գողանալու մեջ ու դատի է տվել նրան։

 

 TMZ-ն հայտնում է, որ Քիմի դիմահարդարման պարագաների նոր բրենդը՝ KKW-ն շատ նման է Քրիստիենի բրենդին, որը KW է կոչվում։ Ոճաբանը փաստում է, որ իր արտադրանքն արդեն սիրված ու պահանջված է ամբողջ աշխարհում։ Նա կարծում է, որ Քիմը ցանկանում է գողանալ իր հաճախորդներին։

 

Նշենք, որ մինչև բրենդի անվանում ընտրելը՝ Քիմը դիմահարդարների ու փաստաբանների մեծ խմբի հետ է խորհրդակցել և իրավաբանական տեսանկյունից, կարծես թե, սխալներ չի գործել։ Այնուամենայնիվ Քրիստիենը դատի է տվել Քիմին ու պահանջում է, որ նա անվանափոխություն կատարի ու ֆինանսական փոխհատուցում տրամադրի։
