Բրիտանական The Daily Mail պարբերականը հրապարակել է ուշագրավ տեսանյութ, որն արվել է սիրիական Ռաքքայում՝ քաղաքն «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման գրոհայիններից ազատագրելուց հետո:

Դրանում երևում է՝ ինչպես են կանայք, ԻՊ-ից ազատվելու լուրով ոգևորված, հանում իսլամիստների կողմից պարտադրված բուրքաներն ու ցուցադրական այրում դրանք, մինչդեռ տղամարդիկ սափրում են մորուքները:

Պարբերականը նշում է, որ հյուսիսային քաղաքի բնակիչներն ազատագրումից հետո այլևս չեն ցանկանում ԻՊ-ի հետ կապված որևէ բան ունենալ:

Հայտնի է, որ ԻՊ-ի «կառավարման» ժամանակ կանանց պարտադրում էին բուրքաներ կրել, հակառակ դեպքում նրանց դաժան պատիժ էր սպասվում: Իսլամիստները նույնիսկ կարող էին այրել կնոջը բուրքա չկրելու համար:


Քաղաքի ազատագրումից հետո բնակիչները շտապել են պատմել գրոհայինների վայրագությունների մասին: Մի կին պատմել է, որ իսլամիստներն այրել են իր մորը բուրքա չկրելու համար:
