Ուկրաինական պատվիրակությունը ցնցված է և չի ցանկանում շարունակել բանակցությունները

Ուկրաինական պատվիրակությունը և ԱՄՆ ներկայացուցիչները նախատեսել էին բանակցություններ անցկացնել Մայամիում հոկտեմբերի 9-ին և 10-ին, սակայն հանդիպումներն ավարտվել են նախատեսվածից շուտ։ Վաղաժամ ավարտի պատճառ դարձավ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հայտարարությունը Ռուսաստանի հետ դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարման շուրջ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնել են ամերիկյան լրագրողները՝ վկայակոչելով իրենց աղբյուրները։

«Սակայն հանդիպումը տապալվեց, երբ ուկրաինական թիմի համար անակնկալ էր Թրամփի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ ինքը Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ գործարք է կնքել դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարման վերաբերյալ», - հաղորդել է «Financial Times»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով երեք աղբյուրի։

Աղբյուրները պարբերականին հայտնել են, որ ԱՄՆ հատուկ բանագնաց Սթիվ Վիթկոֆֆը և Ջարեդ Քուշները (Թրամփի փեսան) չեն բացառում Ուկրաինայի հետ հետախուզական տվյալների փոխանակման դադարեցումը։ Դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ, եթե Կիեւը հաշվի չառնի Վաշինգտոնի նախազգուշացումը՝ ռուսական նավթավերամշակման գործարաններին հարվածներ չհասցնելու վերաբերյալ։

Հոկտեմբերի 9-ի երեկոյան տեղի է ունեցել ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Թրամփի հեռախոսազրույցը։ Նրանք քննարկել են համաշխարհային շուկա ռուսական վառելիքի հսկայական ծավալների մուտքի հարցը։
