Մոսկվան կրկին զգուշացրել է օտարերկրացիներին՝ չայցելել Ուկրաինա

ՄԻՋԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը կրկին նախազգուշացրել է օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին, այդ թվում՝ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների աշխատակիցներին, Ուկրաինայում գտնվելու և երկիր այցելելու վտանգների մասին։ Այս մասին ասվում է հոկտեմբերի 3-ին հրապարակված ՌԴ ԱԳՆ հայտարարության մեջ։

Ռուսական գերատեսչությունը նշել է, որ ռուսական կողմն ավելի վաղ կոչ էր արել Կիևում գտնվող օտարերկրացիներին և դիվանագետներին լքել քաղաքը և հրաժարվել Ուկրաինա այցելություններից, իսկ երկրի բնակիչներին՝ չմոտենալ ռազմական և վարչական ենթակառուցվածքների օբյեկտներին։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ համապատասխան նախազգուշացումը ներառված էր նախարարության՝ 2026 թվականի մայիսի 25-ի հայտարարության մեջ, ինչպես նաև արտասահմանյան գործընկերներին ուղղված դիվանագիտական նոտաներում։ Այն հնչել էր նաև մայիսի 27-ին դիվանագիտական կորպուսի համար ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Միխայիլ Գալուզինի անցկացրած ճեպազրույցի ընթացքում։

Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն նաև նշել է, որ Ուկրաինա չայցելելու վերաբերյալ սեփական քաղաքացիներին նախկինում բազմիցս խորհուրդներ են տվել մի շարք երկրների իշխանություններ, այդ թվում՝ ԱՄՆ-ը, Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Եվրամիության երկրները, Նորվեգիան և Շվեյցարիան։

Գերատեսչությունում նշել են, որ, չնայած նախազգուշացումներին, Կիևում շարունակում են գործել մի շարք դեսպանատներ, իսկ Ուկրաինա այցելում են օտարերկրյա պաշտոնյաներ։

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն կրկին կոչ է արել օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիներին, այդ թվում՝ դիվանագետներին, չմնալ Ուկրաինայում և չայցելել երկրի տարածք՝ նշելով, որ հնարավոր բացասական հետևանքների պատասխանատվությունը կրելու են նախազգուշացումն անտեսողները։
