Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում իրականացվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համակցության հիման վրա 2026 թվականի օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 09:00-ի սահմաններում, ավտոմեքենան կայանելու հարցի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության ընթացքում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի հարևանությամբ բնակվող քաղաքացուն հարվածներ հասցնելու (ծեծի ենթարկելու) համար նույն քննչական բաժնի երկու քննիչների նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով: Այս մասին MediaHub-ին հայտնեցին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։

«Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, հիշյալ քաղաքացուն ծեծի ենթարկելու առիթով վերջինիս ազգականի՝ ոստիկանության ծառայողի կողմից քննիչներից պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նատակով կայացած հանդիպումը վերաճել է խուլիգանության, որի կապակցությամբ ոստիկանության ծառայողի և նրա հետ գտնված չորս անձի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ոստիկանության աշխատակցին խոշտանգելու,ինչպես նաև քննիչներից մեկի առողջությանը ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու առերևույթ հանցագործությունների դեպքերով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Բոլոր 7 մեղադրյալների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ՀՀ-ից բացակայելու արգելքը»,- հայտնեցին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից։
