ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի վարչակազմը պլանավորում է լայնածավալ պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի (ՄՔԴ) նկատմամբ: Այդ մասին հայտնել է The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) թերթը, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Նրա տվյալներով՝ դեռևս հստակ չէ, թե երբ կհայտարարվի վերջնական որոշումը, սակայն, ամերիկյան վարչակազմի անհայտ մնալ ցանկացած պաշտոնյաների խոսքով, այդ հարցում հստակություն կարող է վրա հասնել մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում:

Ինչպես նշում է թերթը, սահմանափակումները կվերաբերեն, մասնավորապես, ՄՔԴ-ի հետ կատարվող ֆինանսական գործարքների մեծ մասին, սակայն այդ սահմանափակումների հարցով կտրամադրվի վեցից յոթ ամիս ժամկետով տարկետում: Ինչպես նշում է հրատարակությունը, նման քայլը հնարավոր է՝ կաթվածահար անի դատարանի աշխատանքը՝ արգելելով դոլարով գործարքները և այն կտրելով ֆինանսական համակարգի մեծ մասից: Սահմանափակումներում բացառություն կարող են դառնալ կապի ծառայությունների հետ կապված ֆինանսական գործարքները, գրում է WSJ-ն:

ԱՄՆ-ի ներկա վարչակազմն արդեն մի քանի անգամ պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել ՄՔԴ-ի նկատմամբ: Հրամանագիրը, որը նախատեսում է սահմանափակումների սահմանում դատարանի պաշտոնատար անձանց դեմ, Թրամփը ստորագրել է 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 6-ին: Ամերիկյան կառավարությունը ՄՔԴ-ին մեղադրել է Վաշինգտոնի և նրա դաշնակիցների, ինչպիսին է Իսրայելը, նկատմամբ ոչ իրավաչափ գործողությունների մեջ:

Հրամանագիրը թույլ է տալիս ֆինանսական և վիզային սահմանափակումներ կիրառել ՄՔԴ-ի այն աշխատակիցների դեմ, որոնք առնչություն ունեն ամերիկացիների կամ ԱՄՆ-ի դաշնակից պետությունների քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ իրականացվող հետաքննություններին:
