Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերաբերյալ քննարկում կլինի ԱՄՆ-ում

Լոս Անջելեսի Կալիֆորնիայի համալսարանի (UCLA) Promise Institute for Human Rights-ը սեպտեմբերի 24-ին կազմակերպելու է հանդիպում Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների շահերը ներկայացնող իրավապաշտպան Սիրանուշ Սահակյանի հետ։

«Ադրբեջանական գործերն ընդդեմ  Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի/Արցախի հայ քաղաքացիական ղեկավարության դեմ. հայացք ներսից»  խորագրով քննարկմանը Սիրնաուշ Սահակյանը կներկայացնի Բաքվում հայերի նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական դատավարությունների իրավական վերլուծությունը։

Սահակյանը մասնավորապես անդրադառնալու է այն հարցին, թե արդյոք չճանաչված միավորի քաղաքացիական, քաղաքական կամ վարչական կառույցներում ներգրավվածությունը, առանց անձի կողմից կոնկրետ հանցավոր արարք կատարելու ապացույցների, կարո՞ղ է ինքնին դիտարկվել որպես հանցագործություն։

Կքննարկվեն  նաև, թե արդյոք միայն չճանաչված լինելու հանգամանքը կարո՞ղ է իրավաչափորեն սովորական քաղաքացիական կամ հանրային գործունեությունը վերածել հանցավոր արարքի։  Քննարկումը կվարի Promise Institute Los Angeles-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Հադար Հարիսը։
