09։00 - ջուր խմեք։ Սառույցով ջուր խմելը 30-40 տոկոսով այրում է  կալորիաները։

11:30 - մաստակ օգտագործեք։  Որովային հատվածում առկա ճարպերից ազատվեք մաստակի միջոցով և այն կայրի 350 կկալ։

12։15 - խնամեք բույսերը։  Մեկ րոպե ծախսեք գրասենյակին բույսերը ջրելու համար և արդյունքում արտադրողականությունը կբարձրանա 12%-ով։

12:50 - երաժշտություն լսեք։ Մարզասրահ այցելելուց 10 րոպե առաջ երաժշտություն լսեք, որը 15 տոկոսով կբարձրացնի  արդյունավետությունը։

15:00 - էքսպրես ձևով նիհարեք։ Սուրճը խմելով կպայքարեք քնկոտության  դեմ։ Մեկ բաժակ սուրճ խմելը կօգնի նիհարել 100 կկալ։ 

16:30 - նուշ կերեք։ Քաղցրավենիք փոխարեն ամեն օր նուշը ուտելու արդյունքում կես տարվա ընթացքում 18%-ով կնիհարեք։
